problem in screen lock xperia tx

hi,i dont know why some of option in my screen lock is deactive  like none,swipe and face unlock. pls help me.

under theme is written disable by administrator,encryption policy or credential storage.

how can i fix this. already i am using pattern but i want use swipe but i can not
