Phone doesn't start after factory reset

i used the factory reset option and clear internal memory last night 😕

from then on my xperia u is not starting !
it shows the sony logo then xperia logo then a blink and repeat itself showing those two logos again and again!
what should i do???

 have tried force restart (start+vol up)
didn't work!!!
