android 5.0 backup & transfer

Anyone come across the problem with backup and transfer not saving off the bookmarks. I get red cross against them with could not backup with no apparant reason?

I'm on Android 5.0.2.

Hi,

Do you mean the preinstalled "Backup & restore" application? It works fine for me. Have you tried to just restart the phone and perform a new backup of your bookmarks?

Works fine on my Z3 Dual, Android 5.0.2. Try clearing app cache:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Backup & restore -> Force stop, Clear data and restart your phone.

Yes pre installed app. Cleared cache and reboot seems to have fixed for now. Thanks for help. Dunno why didnt do that in first place
