pc companion and update service problem

pc companion not repairing my phone when i try to repair it says " no software available for your phone please try again later"
i tried everything like factory reset, repairing via update service but it says " latest software installed" and skips the repair option.
i went to service Center and they installed software . firstly when i connected my phone to pc companion and tried to repair then i was successful but when later i tried to repair then the same situation created ' there is no software available for your phone'
why this is happening again and again??

It does not matter that says no update available,you need to repair.Does not SUS offer you the possibility to repair after it checks software version?

nope i think there is only one way just keep our phone off till it download and install it on our phone.

AFTER CLICKING REPAIR, THERE NOTHING OPTION TO APPEAR. how to fixed this?

In my case, pc companion doesn´t work, it no recognise my phone and i can´t send images or music from phone to pc

I think, if is the best program for Sony Xperia L, why don´t works?

please answer me, i need to make a factory reset and i don´t what to do...

I have windows 7 and Sony Companion never recognise my Xperia L...
