My Xperia Z1 switched off suddenly

2 hours back I attended a call in my Z1.

After 5 minutes I wanted to make a call but phone already switched off.

Now no charger is being detected and indicator light is not being on. Even not detected by Sony PC Companion.

Now what to do in order to get my phone in to working  ?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I'm sorry to hear about your phone. First of all I suggest that you charge your phone for a couple of hours. Then try to start the phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the device vibrates.  

You could also do this using the OFF button behing the SIM card cover:

If the phone still doesn't start I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > click on the blue highlight (Repair my phone/tablet). Do this without the phone connected. Follow the instructions on screen to perform the repair.

I am very sad to say that all the procedures you told didn't work.

before switched off phone has above 90% battery.

charged for 3 hours and pressing and holding the power button and volume up button same time didn't result any vibration

using OFF button behing the sim card didn't work

using pc companion also have no result, Z1 is not being detected

I have experienced the samething when I was at work with my Xperia Z1s.  Came back to my phone and it is unresponsive I have tried everything, charging, pushing and holding the buttons.  Tried to connect to PC Companion, but what is weird is that the camera flash light is on.  It has been on all day and night it won't shut off.  I remember upgrading to the newest update and two days later this happens.  I have yet to find a solution.

Resetted with button at sim slot, Voloume up + power and Repaired with PC companion...

but no use..

when connected to charging always red light is on....if i try to switch on the phone red blink happens three times again and again..
