My Sony Xperia SL never got Jelly Bean update

My Sony Xperia SL serial NO. is 1266-8195 and its never got Jelly Bean update and its on ICS 4.0.4

this serial number is on stiker of my device

Use the backup and restore in your phone to backup the phone. Flash the update manually after backup. And restore the backup after booting. And you wont loose a thing

The latest software (6.2.B.1.96) is released for your SI-number (1266-8195) so PC Companion should be able to update it.

Yes, i am, but i got update after changed this value in build.prop "ro.semc.version.cust=1266-8942"

when its on "1266-8195" , there is no update

The update is also released for that SI so i suspect something has happened when you rooted the phone so that it's no longer identified properly. Not sure how you can solve this but a service location can probably restore your phone.

Could you please let me know if the UK EE should have the update to .96. My SI is 1257-7799. I am asking as I received the JellyBean update very quickly but got no updates since .200

I am in the same position. I've only just got my SL and the only update available to me was 6.2.B.0.200.

My SI is 1257-3114. Is there a list of SI numbers and which have received the new update and which haven't?
