My Sony Xperia SL never got Jelly Bean update

My Sony Xperia SL serial NO. is 1266-8195 and its never got Jelly Bean update and its on ICS 4.0.4

this serial number is on stiker of my device

That's because your carrier/network did not released the update, your only alternative is to manually update your phone with flashtool

I don't understand, if you haven't received the update by now, most likely is that your carrier/network is NOT going to release it or hasn't/won't approve it.

my phone only show .200 update of jelly bean by pc companian and by OTA not even .211 what should i do plz help

You have 2 options

1) wait for the update

or 

2) manually update your phone (link its above)

how much shall i wait its more than 2 months since .211 update is released and i am still not getting it...i am from pakistan my friend got update .211 for his SL a week after its release he live next door to my house.....

Not everyone got the .211 update - As far as i'm aware the .211 update was for countries that had an issue connecting to the 3g or 2g network

But like Uli has said above you could manually upgrade
