Major issues_ Xperia c

I do have 3 major issues with this phone
1) if I charge the battery to 100% them it drains very quickly from 33 to13% but if charge it to some 80% it works properly, why and solution.
2) it does not remember anything about home screen customization on rebooting. Every single app(on sd card) which I had moved to home screen, on rebooting I would not find them, moreover I have installed some apps like Google drive, economics times, wordweb etc on sd card but after restarting it they were simply lost, I mean it's annoying you are losing all your important data just because your phone can't remember thing on your memory card.
3) I don't know why but some times it restarts on its own.

I use16gb class 10 memory card.

This is my second phone first one they(retailer shop)
Replaced thinking that above mentioned problems were piece specific but I am facing same issues on my second set also.

does the drain battery issues still unresolved?

My problem with the battery drain is still unresolved and I am expecting the official solution from Sony, included in a software update.

I will try these days a few solutions posted by people that own a Xperia C and if I find a solution that works be sure I will post it here for everyone. For the moment the only semi-solution is to charge the phone until it reaches maximum 80% battery and then to use it. The battery drain does'n happen anymore in this case, but this is not a real solution for the problem.

I will keep you informed.

It seem Sony only care about their high end smart phone and do not care about middle range phone. I also facing the problem mention by other here. Please if Sony do not want to care of middle range phone, don't produce this type of middle range and just for high end one. For me, I will not used Sony phone anymore and thanks for all the problem facing on my XPERIA C.

Come On Sony !

It's Unbelievable That You Can't Fix This Small Issue

And It's Not Acceptable That You Ignore Your Customers That Way

It's Your Product . I Think It Doesn't Matter If It's Mid-Range Or High End Device

Hello everyone,
I'm getting really tired at how Sony threats their users and customers (us). The thing is that Sony doesn't care about us at all when it comes to updates of the firmware on the device or try to fix major bugs which we've been having for months. I think that the reason for this is that Sony doesn't really care about us midrange phone users and that they only focus on the user base who uses a highend flagship device.

The thing is that Sony doesn't seem to understand that this will just end in alot bad publicity from the users. Bad publicity means that less users will buy phones from Sony, and think about Sony as a bad brand.

My message to Sony is to fix all the bugs in the current firmware and make me and others satisfied users. Otherwise I would like to get my device exchanged or I would like a refund from Sony.

I would like to get a official statement from somebody who works at Sony Mobile about this.
