Major issues_ Xperia c

I do have 3 major issues with this phone
1) if I charge the battery to 100% them it drains very quickly from 33 to13% but if charge it to some 80% it works properly, why and solution.
2) it does not remember anything about home screen customization on rebooting. Every single app(on sd card) which I had moved to home screen, on rebooting I would not find them, moreover I have installed some apps like Google drive, economics times, wordweb etc on sd card but after restarting it they were simply lost, I mean it's annoying you are losing all your important data just because your phone can't remember thing on your memory card.
3) I don't know why but some times it restarts on its own.

I use16gb class 10 memory card.

This is my second phone first one they(retailer shop)
Replaced thinking that above mentioned problems were piece specific but I am facing same issues on my second set also.

Hello

I've lectured your answer to my solicitation. In your list of actions to do for eliminating the causes of battery run flat I must say to you that neither of them is the problem. I always do things that must be done for helping the battery. To be more exact:
- I close all the applications that I don't need,
- I have a good signal strength because I use the phone mostly in urban, high-coverage network areas,
 - the display brightness level is always set to "automatic" for battery economy,
 - I do not have any third-party battery eater applications installed, in fact I do not have so much useless applications like others do;
- there are no widgets on my screen that can cause problems;
- the phone is often charged, almost daily;
- STAMINA mode is always on on my phone.
        The more important is that I succedeed in updating the software via PC Companion and I even did a software repair with Sony Update Service for beeing sure of the software instalation. The phone has the latest firmware, 16.0.B.2.6..
          The fact is that my battery drainage problem is still there and this is a problem that a lot of Xperia C users mentioned, it is a software problem that the phone has.

          So I am asking you kindly to consider my request as a request coming from all Xperia C users and to solve this battery problem because it's a thing that makes the phone work under its real capacity, although it is a good phone.
     I do hope that my request will be treated with attention by  your software technicians and the problem will be solved as soon as possible with a software update.

Please address the following issues of SOny Xperia C in the next firmware update and make the phone best in its price range.

Listing the issues in high to low priority order.

1. Battery draining instantly from 33% to 13%. This happens only when  the battery is charged to 100%. If its charged less than 80% it behaves normally, i.e, the battery drain from 335 to 13% is not seen. This is very high priority issue. Please fix this ASAP as this makes the battery backup more unreliable.

Also while charging, battery level from 83% to 100% in just like 5 mins.

2. Usable internal memory is only is 0.98GB which is very low for a Quad core system. The other internal memory of size 1.23GB remains useless as I have a 8 GB external memory card. If this 1.23 GB internal memory is (added to) made as system memory it will be very much appreciated. Then we can install more apps.

3. After Connecting SD card in the External USB Storage mode and changing it back to Charge Only mode makes the apps installed in the SD unable to open.

The thing is that this is not a issue caused by the user, this is a major bug found in the original firmware even on the newest update. Also it seems like Sony is ignoring the fact that these bugs exists, as they haven't been resolved for 4-5 months...

Well, I dont know what else could be the problem for Xperia C. I did update to the new version. How can SONY really release this kind of phone?

1) Audio when listening music is way too low. Even when xLOUD and Clear Phase is on. What kind of sound quality is SONY selling to us??!

2) The battery drainage is still a problem (35-13%).

3) Internal storage is too small. I have to move more than half of my apps to external storage.

So please, we need another update.

And no, I dont want to use any update software or whatever coz i've reset my phone 5 times and the problem is still there.

If you cant help with this prob, SONY should stop manufacturing this **bleep** phone.
