M4 Aqua Dual - Problem with almost everything

Just for some utities only available in an Android phone, I recently switched over from my beautiful Lumia 925 to this terrible phone. Here are my findings after a month's usage :

1. The phone dialer application has a bug. When you tap a contact to call and the SIM selector pops up, it remains there for half a second and then goes off, you have to again click on the contact to get it back for SIM selection.

2. The phone's mic is not so good. Many people have complained me that the voice from your earlier phone was way crisp.

3. Even when the phone ringtone and all other sounds are at maximum volume, sometimes for no reason, only the incoming call volume goes off, until the phone is re-started.

4. The worst proximity sensor ever. For 9/10 calls you'll have to press the power button to turn the display back on during a call.

5. I had some trust on Sony camera, but believe me, they forgot to add some image stabilization feature in this one.

5. Last but not the least and the most major one for me, during last 24 hours, my phone's earpiece started making crackling sounds, which just kept on increasing and now the earpiece is not all working.

I have visited the customer care center and they have asked me for around 20 days of time. God knows what magic will they do into it. But seriously, all needed utilities seem to be coming to the new Windows 10 phone in some next months. Really looking forward to buy a windows phone after selling this crap on OLX/quikr. I also requested the very hunble guy at the service center that seeing these many issues, if he could get me the phone totally replaced. But, the company policies says that it has a timeline of only 7 days after the billed date. That means from the 8th day, the **bleep** is all yours.

If you are in the EU then that time changed to 14 days if bought online and over the counter it is 7 days as you are deemed to have had enough time to inspect the goods but this wouldn't effect your statutory rights aka consumer rights governed by your country
