 Hi,

I wanted to try the patern lock screen but I find this is a nuissance. So I would like to revert to no protection at all as when I got it but this on't work. the option NONE is grayed-out. Any clue? Thx. Philip

This is often seen on devices that are network locked and as such the network firmware will remove this option - Is this the case for you?
