i can send sms during calls

I very disappointed i have bif use of call and sms but alas i can send texts during the call i so disappointed. Please help me out what to do?????

What if you get a new SIM card?

Sir it works in other cell phone smoothly the thing is it only let me use those options for once when I restart the cell and don't for the laterr calls.

And in safe mode it works fine only problem is in normal mode I don't know y i just checked that in safe mode. I made multiple calls In safemode for check and it works fine in safe.mode.

Now i think i should disregard everything and start using phone into safemode

Then its an app acting up, repair your phone with PCC and check agian.
