i can send sms during calls

I very disappointed i have bif use of call and sms but alas i can send texts during the call i so disappointed. Please help me out what to do?????

Yes you can, unless your network doesn't support this or you have poor network coverage

No its not networks fault and i can't sends text during calls it wont let the keyboard pop up.

I see, how about settings > apps > all > phone > clear data > restart your phone > check again

Ohh man ur good but now it won't let me hold my calls

Alas it onle let me do this once now same problem it's like i can check my messages and cant text I cant hold or use equalizer settings during calls

Try to boot your phone on safe mode and check to see if that still happens.
