Facebook Video Playback

I cant watch a whole video on Facebook on my Z2, for some reason it throws out an error. 

Plus within 10min of using the phone it gets really hot. 

I havent tested out the waterproof factor yet as i think i have a dud phone.. 

Any help on the video issue would be great..

Lots of us have this issue and sony have yet to sort it...

I think this problem is from facebook,I have received on Z1 an update for the app.

I am adding my voice of frustration to the rest of the community. FB works just fine on my old Nexus and I am not having the best experience on my new Z2. I sincerely hope Sony can sort this out, it looks like this issue has been around for quite some time! Can the Moderator please tell us how to officially log this issue with Sony? We can then all log it and maybe someone will take notice...

I have the same problem.  Noticed that the bug appeared shortly after a facebook app update, with original facebook app there where no issues.

please coordinate with facebook for solving this issue

I've been getting exactly the same for weeks now.. it seems to have co-incided with the time that Facebook changed the app to auto-play videos when you scroll down the newsfeed...

FB app has been updated a couple times since it started, to no avail.

UK phone, EE provider, Z1.

(I did notice I can sometimes fast-forward past the bit where it bails - it always bails at the same point - and generally watch the whole thing; totally unacceptable tho)

This only works for a short while then the problem returns. It doesn't happen on other phones so is a problem for sony to sort at some point..

The new Facebook app update has fixed this!

What version is that then, as 11.0.0.11.23 is showing as latest for me and it doesn't work still..
