Facebook Video Playback

I cant watch a whole video on Facebook on my Z2, for some reason it throws out an error. 

Plus within 10min of using the phone it gets really hot. 

I havent tested out the waterproof factor yet as i think i have a dud phone.. 

Any help on the video issue would be great..

Hi, i never realised that so many had this problem. 

I have been looking into it and all it needs is a firmware update to auto clear cache, most applications have this but it seems Sony has not picked up on this. 

I would think Sony needs to do something about this soon as they have many unhappy customers on the Z2. 

With social media being top reasons we have smart phones i would say to Sony that they need to pull their finger out and get this fixed right away. Sure they have the resources for it. 

If you havent concluded yet Sony, mine is still not fixed with your logical fix.

I hope that Scott S is right, and that a firmware update can fix the problem.
A phone as expensive as the Z2, should be able to play Facebook videos. My old HTC Sensation XE could...

When using my old HTC Sensation XE on Facebook, there are no problems watching the embedded videos.
Why can't I do that on my Xperia Z2?
Sony please fix this, before I deliver the phone back with a request for a full refund.
A phone this expensive, should be able to play Facebook videos.

I have tested this on three separate models and have had the same error message which does lead me to believe that this specific to the Facebook application version. However I have escalated this and will come back to you all once I have further information.
