Error received - Facebook videos

Hello All.
Do any Sony Xperia owners experience issues with loading videos on Facebook?

I continuously receive an error stating the following:

"Sorry, but an unknown error occurred while trying to play this video"

This is the first phone I've ever had this issue with.

I tried out all way but after few video the problem come back, can someone really give a effective solution? It is very troublesome

I got the z2 on Saturday after dropping my beloved galaxy note 3 in the mop bucket. This problem happens everytime I try to watch a video on facebook and I'm already regretting getting this phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook to no avail and cleared the cache and nothing works. Please fix as I love everything else about the phone including the fact that its waterproof.

I shouldn't have moved from Samsung galaxy to Xperia Z2.I used every version of galaxy from S to S4.This time i thought like moving eother to HTC Or Xperia and i made wronf decession choosing xperia Z2,I should have gone to M8.Facebook videos doesn't play at all, it is so frustrating and i never seen this problem any of the smart phone..And while calling ear piece quality is horrible..you can't even hear when u r in place where there is little noice..problems are biglist with it.What I suggest is,either you guys come up with good mobile and with enough testing..don't just throw it to customers and make them suffer.

And sony guy simply replied saying it is facebook app problem.when you are in that position do some R&D and reply.If it is problem facebook app, mobiles which are running on same OS like galaxy S4 and S5 and htc one M8 why they don't have same problem.

Sony shud check properly before make a statement to blame others.

Drives me mad, the only solution i found was uninstalling the application updates by going settings>apps>All>facebook>uninstall updates. Then just wait for a fix.
