Error received - Facebook videos

Hello All.
Do any Sony Xperia owners experience issues with loading videos on Facebook?

I continuously receive an error stating the following:

"Sorry, but an unknown error occurred while trying to play this video"

This is the first phone I've ever had this issue with.

Same issue for me here to on my z), I have 4 android devices 2 x nexus 7s and a sg3 (ps just sold my sgs4) all running the same latest android version

Guess which one has this incredibly frustrating issue! Only this bleeding one its driving me mad, why is there no answer from Sony on this?

Why should we have to downgrade to an older version of fb so we can do such a basic feature? What the fudge is going on?

Why do some videos play with the 3 navigation buttons down the side? If I wanted a phone with a smaller screen than my s4 I would have bought one

I get a brand new phone at least once a year always a flagship from one of the big boys and this time round I was seduced by the marketing of Sony I've actually been singing your praises to my Samsung and HTC friends but I'm thinking of changing tact if this isn't sorted

Watching videos on fb is a very important thing for me and this issue is driving me round the bend, it's simply unacceptable on a flagship device guys, this wouldn't happen with Samsung but it might have done with HTC lol

If u log out of Facebook clear the app. Then start up Facebook . Don't install the xperia experience.then all Facebook videos are ok

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Facebook app countless times, had the xperia experience thing logged in and not logged in. Still no change. This is my first Android phone and I made the mistake if getting the phone and experia tablet at the same time. So far less than impressed both with the.unresolved issue and songs apparent lack.of Care towards their.customers! Both of which are equally frustrating!

I'm also experiencing this problem, had the z2 for three weeks and the problems still there. Please get it fixed as it's very annoying now!

I am also having this issue and nothing seems to fix the problem for good! Sony need to acknowledge the issue and fix it...

If you do the uninstall and reinstall thing it only fixes the problem for a few days I've done this several times

I removed the "Xperia with Facebook" account from Settings->Accounts and then logged out and logged in again on FB app.. Now all videos are okay.. So make sure that you do not connect your FB account to "Xperia with Facebook"...
