Hi,

Pls help me!

Sorry for my bad English knowledge.

I updated CamScanner-Phone PDF Creator. and I could not use the camera.
Xperia V 4.1.2 JB.

Sony Update Service is re-installed on the phone, but still no camera.
Message: "Error, Camera is not available"
I am very sad because I had to delete full mobil.
And the camera still does not work !!

Thanks for the link.

I updated the phone to the PC Companion software. I do not have a solution. Therefore accumulator by took off, I return phone box.
I took the phone in to the service.
I turned on the phone to show the problem. And there was a miracle! The camera worked again.
Apart from this the phone is sent to Germany authorized Sony service facility.

question:
How is this possible? Battery removal is so important?

Not really battery removal,but it could help from time to time.Force restarts are recommended also to stop all processes and restart the phone.

Hi,

The phone was in service.
I got it back after 2 weeks.
The error resolved.
Unfortunately, we were not told what was the cause.

hei man .., did u install some flash light or torch apps...? they access to the camera and then camera appa cant acces it..., if u can flash the phone via flashtool kit !
