Camera wont work (sometimes)

my camera loads long or it is only black. my focus don´t work and after a short amounth of time it starts to glitch with purple lines.

i already reseted the phone but nothing changed. i got it yesterday. (frontcamera works perfectly)

That does not sound right. Have you checked so the phone has the latest software? Install PC Companion at your computer, connect the phone via USB-cable and PC Companion will tell you if there are any updates available:
