Call Waiting doesnot show the name

In my Z3C which is on the latest build 23.1.A.1.28, Call waiting option does not show the name of the Caller, its like hiding behind the Call UI while we are on another call.

Is there any solution to this?

same problem here, i have sony xperia z1c , this problem started after i updated the latest build version. plz suggest something sony.
