Call sound quality poor

Hi, I've a problem with all calls audio.

I've tried to setting all in menu, but the quality audio during call of this phone is very poor with or without headphones.

Before update of 4.4.4 the solution was disable ClearAudio+, but with this release audio is terrible without flag on CA+.

I've tried another new SIM but with the same results.

Call audio quality is very similar to walkie-talkie. When other people talk i ear a background disturb...

P.S. The problem is with internal speaker and headset. Music with headset is perfect.

Call audio with handsfree is clear.

I found the solution: DISABLE VOICE IMPROVEMENT and the voice become clear...

it's very strange. It seems work contrarywise!!!

But the problems go on...when I talk with handsfree, all people cant'l listen my voice because my voice is not continuously...

Same problem here...

Except I didn't tested with disabled features.

I tried three different mobile providers because I thougt this could be the problem. But when I insert the same sim card into an old feature-phone there are no problems.

The problem is described by the receiver of my call. They tell me they hear my voice broken.

Disabled "Microphone noise suppression" and "Speaker voice enhancement" now my phone-call receiver said quality improved a lot...

I'll check if it's related to only one of those two or if both result in bad quality...
