battery problems

All these suggestions are not here within the whole right, connecting the charger does not takes less than five minutes to indicate 100% when you disconnect and go very fast at 60% and goes out there saying that only has 1% battery. The restart twice and if I load and 80% simply indicates the battery indicator does not work
