Bad camera quality

I just got my sony z1 back from sony they have switched camera lens and my camera is still bad is it because of Lollipop Update or because of the phone.

How do I upload it to a box?

Wil it fix it if I downgrade my phone back to kikat 4.4

I can see that the picture was taken indoors with fluorescent light? flash? 

suggestion try this

manual mode > SCN off > change the white balance as needed > flash off

and also try HDR flash off

I never rooted my device because that voids the warranty so I didn't.

Have you ever installed a custom ROM, rooted the phone? or did you bought this phone used?

No I didn't the phone is brand new not used.
