Audio not trasferring to head phone when connecting

I am facing a problem that I can't hear audio via head phone. To hear via headphone, I need to take a reboot of device after conecting headphone.. It was working fine till yesterday... Please help to resolve

I am using this phone for past few months. I am facing one problem from begining, when I open any apps and press back button it opens previously opened apps and  closed automatically. After that only I would get home page..Suppose I took a photo and closed camera apps then I opened whatsapp and saw some pics. If I press back button to go back I can see it opens camera and closed automatically. Anyone faced this issue? What is the solution?

Based on both your posts, there might be a bigger issue, it could be an app acting up 

reboot on safemode and check again

If that doesn't work then repair your phone with PCC
