4.3 update center

Can i Get The link of updating the update center for my C1904

There is no such thing as updating update centre.In update centre there are updates for apps like walkman,album,movies etc.

I have updated Walkman,album,movies but still not get android 4.3.
My update center version is 2.1.1.A.0.10.2, is there any latest version of update center is available? (for xperiaM Dual)

Yes the version of the Center is the latest update: 2.1.1.A.0.10.3 but we're still not getting this update do not know for what reason the android 4.3 jelly bean only comes with this version of the update.
