I have a phone in for repair that took over 14 business days and I still have not received the phone back. Numerous calls into your service center and people keep telling me I will get a call tomorrow. There is always a tomorrow

All service cases are handled by the Local support team in your market and it's not something that we can assist you with here at our Global user based forum, due to routines and so forth varies between markets.

If you have only called the service centre, I would recommend that you also give the Local support team a call, so they can take a closer look at your case and assist you further.
