Hello,
I haven't had a sound on my XA1 since today.
Neither on the phone nor on apps like YouTube.
When I turn on the "loudspeaker" while on the phone, I hear everything. So the speaker definitely works. But why don't I hear anything when I want to make a normal phone call or why is there no sound with videos?
I have already reset the device. Unfortunately it didn't help.
Do you have any tips?
