Immediate help needed

I bought an XA1 plus, it now doesn't power on for some unearthly reason, it shows a blue light briefly at the top lefthand corner after the power button is held for roughly 10-15 seconds, I have tried hard resetting it but I do not get any vibration motor feedback from the device, I have left it charging for more than a day multiple times using multiple Chagers it just displays the charging light at the top no visual feedback of charging, I've tried plugging it in to the laptop using multiple cables, no joy

The blue light at the top means the motherboard is clearly drawing some power atleast from the battery through the motherboard to power the LED, I'm just wondering why the screen won't come on no more and if there's anything I can do to make it work again?

Hi @HyperionMobile, sorry to hear about your device not turning on.

The hard reset that you mention, is that when you pressed and held the volume up and power buttons for 10 seconds?

You can try and remove your SIM and SD card(s) from the device and see if that helps, otherwise I would recommend that you try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this repair will delete all data stored on the internal storage.
