Digitizer or motherboard

I don't know if this is a digitizer problem or motherboard problem the screen is not cracked at all basically a black screen and some colored vertical lines. Don't know why my picture is not showing up

Hi @Coloradogirl, I am sorry to see and hear about this.

Looking at the picture it is hard to tell what is causing the lines in the display. I would suggest that you hand your phone in to an authorized service center in order to have the phone physically examined. 

As routines for service, warranty and consumer laws vary between markets, I suggest that you get in contact with your local support team for further instructions on how to get your phone sent to service.
