Hi,

purchased a pair of WF-1000XM4 only yesterday and noticed pretty quickly that when no audio is playing or when it is at a medium to low volume and ANC is on there is a quiet but very noticeable crackle and popping sound coming from the right ear bud.

I tried my WF-1000XM3 to see if it was just my phone but they worked without the crackling. Tried them on another phone and tried resetting the headphones and there is no mode where the popping stops.

Is there anyway to fix this through software or is it faulty hardware?
