I bought the AF9 because it was lauded for having an excellent acoustic sound system from on screen activators which i presumed meant you didn't need additional sound bars.

This was important because i live in a semi detached bungalow with a neighbour who suffers from multiple sclerosis and is affected badly by noise so i am trying to be considerate.

Unfortunately, while watching most films it is impossible to hear the dialogue clearly unless the volume is turned up to a ridiculously high level resulting in the music being excruciatingly loud.

Does anyone know how to rectify this situation?
