I bought a Sony XB13 bluetooth speaker and can't get it to connect with my laptop with Windows 11. The laptop says its connected but the light keeps flashing on the speaker so it doesn't believe its connected. No sound comes through the speaker. Several of us have been through the settings in the laptop and can't work it out. Could it be to do with it being a Windows 11 issue?

Hello @annie88, I'm not sure if Windows 11 is supported or not yet. Have you tested the speaker with different devices to confirm? Also have you followed these steps while connecting: https://helpguide.sony.net/speaker/srs-xb13/v1/en/contents/TP1000198289.html? You may also want to restart the PC and the speaker and try again.
