I have had my WI Sp500 wireless headphones for approximately 7 months. Following the last charge the Bluetooth voice that tells you you are connected and power off and power on has stopped. I now cannot tell if they are on or need charging. The volume has reduced significantly with all apps like Spotify and Netflix. I have tried the factory reset as per Sony instructions but to no avail. Can anyone share any information about this problem.

Hi, I'm just wondering if you have solved this problem as I have exactly the same problem as you. However the low volume only occurs in iPhone. I tried everything people listed on the web but still no good. If you have solved it, I would appreciate to hear how. Many thanks.
