Hello All,
Recently bought a pair of WH-1000XM5s 07/2023. They've been alright though started to experience some issues that are becoming more and more frequent.
- Randomly powers off
- Makes glitchy/dial-up noises
- Makes glitchy/dial-up noises...and proceeds to power off
- Turns off after powering on
- Doesn't want to connect to previously connected devices
Trying to get them RMA'd though keep getting stuck in a loop of "try our online troubleshooter"
I feel as though this warrants a ticket & replacement.
Wanted to get other two cents & how to possibly get them replaced.

If that didn't help, try resetting & initializing the headphones.
