Hi,
I have an issue with my WH-1000XM4 headset when using in MS Teams Calls.
The issue is that a few minutes in to the call, the sound and microphone suddenly disappears. I need to disconnect and reconnect the headset to my PC to get it back again. The issue is only related to MS Teams Calls, and there is no issue when listening to music for hours, watching a movie on Youtube, or answering a call on other communication platforms.
Any ideas to what I can do to solve this issue?
Hi @ ReSoHa, make sure to select the HFP/HSP profile when you want to use the headphones for video calls. Also check this link out for more info, hope it helps!
I also have this problem. Drops out every 10 mins or so and I have to reconnect. The headphones are set to "hands free" mode in teams but still doesn't work. As the other user says, this is not a problem when listening to music, only for teams.
Hi, did you find a solution to this please? Happens to me on a Windows Surface Laptop, but not on another machine.
