Hi - I have been trying for 2 days to get the website to actually register my new headphones. The problem is that after clicking the purchase Online box, when I try to select the store by using the drop down box, it does not drop down!
Just get a red error message saying Please select Store.
There is no Sony Chat available - presumably due to the bank holiday.
I have found a couple of other posts about this, but the solutions given were no help.
If anyone has any ideas then please let me know!
