Hi, I recently purchased these excellent headphones but when the ambient sound control is turned on I get a crackling sound followed by a loud, high pitched screaming noise. Very unpleasant. It stops immediately when the ASC is turned off..! Any ideas anyone? TJ
Is there any other signals in the area that might affect it? Any waves? Does it happen with different devices? I'd check the software as well to make sure it's up to date through Headphone's connect app.
