i Have paired the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 with my Walkman NWZ-A15 and it's showing under devices but when i click on it all i get is processing connection and that stays like that until it times out
Try to restart both the earbuds and the Walkman, also remove the pairing information and test it once more.
@SkyNet404 I have tried the restart and it's still the same. When i go to disconnect audio device it comes up ."No audio device connected"
My Sony WF-C500 buds play perfect on the Walkman so i'm wondering if it's do with it being a non Sony product?
It might be yes, just make sure that's it's definitely disconnected from the Walkman before connecting to the phone and of course make sure it's in Pairing mode, if it's not, nothing will show up.
@SkyNet404 what i've just done is turn off the earbuds on my phone and then placed the buds in the charging box and closed it and placed the walkman and the box next to each other. They have now paired which is good news but the only thing it's only playing at one volume level. What i mean by this is you can't adjust the volume by using the volume switch on the side of the walkman.
Update:Turned the Walkman off and then on and tried the same method and now it's not pairing. It's on the screen of Audio Devices but it just won't connect.
I've seen on YouTube that the buds will connect with audio devices, phones and even smart tvs but this is so hit and miss.🤔
I am also thinking of buying this phone. Does it work well?
Hi @muffinman11,
Did you try to test another headset with the Walkman and check if the same thing will happen or not?
As i explained earlier i have only used the sony WF-C500 earbuds and they work perfect. Why they don't work i don't know? The Samsung Buds pair easy with the Samsung phone.Beginning to think it's a brand thing?
I mean the last thing you could try is to reset both of them back to factory settings, and try it again. But if it's the same it might be a compatibility issue really.
