Problems with LDAC on Fiio M11 using WH-1000XM4

Hello to everyone,

I am using WH-100XM4 on Fiio M11 player. Also I have installed the Sony Headphones Control App. I have set up my M11 audio on LDAC Normal Mode, but the Sony app is indicating that the bluetooth connection between the WH-1000XM4 and the player is in SBC mode. I tried to reconnect the headphones again and again, I have switched off and on the player several times, the app continues to show the SBC bluetooth connection. I am listening more on Tidal Hi-Fi. Can anyone tell me what else to do?

Hi, are you using Connect to 2 devices simultaneously function? This might be the reason why it's not showing.

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I am using Conect to 2 devices, an iphone xr, and Fiio m11. I will forget the iphone and connect directly to m11. Thank you again.
