I have recently brought the MEX-BT3700U for a bargain price of £100! I only really brought it because of the USB plug and play mode.
Except it doesn't read the music from my USB, it keeps on saying "NO MUSIC" when there are clearly files containing MP3's WMA's and the alike.
I have tried formatting the drive but to no avail... it is also partitioned with a smaller part of the other USB. And I have made sure that the files are in the main partition of the drive itself.
Is it the way how the folders should be? I tried just filling the drive with music files without any folders then changed it to Album name > music files but it still doesn't work!
I've not tried it with another USB thus far, but my computer doesn't have any problems reading the files on it, it's just the head unit!!
