I bought in-ear earphone MDR-EX1000 online from Coventry Sony Centre on 06 Apr. But order status remains
'Reservation Acknowledged' today (19 Apr).
I contacted conventry sony staff consulting the delivery case last week, but was told that staff from sony headquarter would call me and provide me the information regarding the delivery. However, no call so far.
I really dont know what to do because I am moving home recently and it would be a trouble if I cant get the earphone by the end of this month. Could someone help me about this case? Thanks by the way.
