Right Clicking not working

Right Clicking does not bring up a shortcut in
- desktop or explorer environment

It does work when I am in an application or when
I do right click at the very bottom of the screen

There seems as if I accidentally have disabled
this but in spite of trying everthing I just can
not get it working.

I have now tried all suggestions and NO success.

Is it posssible to download only the Vaio/Microsofts
drivers and having them replaced rather than having
to restore the whole system in order to resolve this
Right Clinking Problem:
Right clicking in desktop and explorer window does NOT
produce a shortcut, which stops me from the very
important and critical functions such as copy, paste
and delete.

Would very much appreciate some more help.
