Recently my VAIO TX2XP (Running Windows XP) will crash completely. It either turns itself off or the screen goes black and I can do nothing although the power light is still on.
Does anything trigger it? Sometimes nothing but occasionally a minor tap or pressing a key is enough which makes it seem hardware related rather than software.
Can anyone help? Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
