VPCL22Z1E/B All-in-one. How do I setup 3D/TV?

I had to skip the 3D setup during initialisation and can not locate anything related.  When I insert a 3D blu-ray to the drive it tells me that it requires a 3d enabled player and TV.  (This model is an all in one 3D TV/PC with Blu-Ray 3D player.)
