Please HELP

Everytime I try to burn a DVD with Roxio I get these messages:

"Mediahub.exe application error instruction at 0x003bd560 referenced memory at 0x3d41d560. the memory could not be written."

"Mediahub.exe application error instruction at 0x0000023 referenced memory at 0x0000023c. the memory could not be written."

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error message: Runtime Error! C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sonic Shared\Sonic Central\Main\mediahub.exe"

also tried to burn it with media center but it just freezes at 50 or 60 %s

any help would be greatelt appeciated.

Have you upgraded to WMP11? If so rolling back to WMP10 may solve the problem.

If not I suggest that you consult the Roxio database.

Hi Rich,

I had the wmp11 for the last 5 months and havent had any issues when burning DVDs just until recently. So it definetlty isnt WMP.

Ill try ROxio as well, cheers.

There is always the possibility that a recent MS update has caused a problem with WMP11. I still suggests that, in the first instance, you try a roll back to WMP10 to see whether this cures the problem.
