Memory Stick Pro/Duo Compatibility

Hi,

Does anyone have a definitive list of compatible Vaios with the newer Memory Stick card formats? Or Vaios that can simply need the driver updating? I have a Vaio Z1RSP and it has the original Memory Stick port. My Clié, Camera and Net Walkman are all Pro-compatible, but I'm hesitating on buying any Pro sticks in case they are useless in my system.

If someone could clarify this for me that would be great. I've trolled through the knowledge bases and googled it beyond belief and am starting to go blind...

The Z1just needs a firmware update to work with Pro sticks, which can be downloaded on VAIO Link.

As an aside, I notice from mooching round the Vaio/Support area earlier that there are a bunch of Driver updates available for my model. Are they an imperative requirement or am I okay without them? I ask because the last time I updated anything was when fricking SP2 came out and it fried my Wireless connection; took me two days to figure out! So now I'm wary of doing anything to my lovely machine. And it is, real shiny and light...

Anyway. Enough of the Sony Love for now.

If the computer is working fine I wouldn't bother updating the drivers.
