CD writing problems.

I hope someone can help as my laptop is about to go out the window and as its so easy to lift this is a real possibility!

Reacently, out of the blue, it wont write audio CD's properly. The first few tracks come out ok then they start to go downhill. Jumping and sounding fuzzy in the background until the tracks just wont play at all. I thought it was maybe because I had so much running while I was writing it but tried writing one with nothing else on the go and it didnt help.

Does anyone have any suggestions or have ever had this problem?

Thanks very much for any help anyone can offer.

Rea

Make sure you have pleanty of space on drive C too and use a cleaning disc to clean the drive.

He said "Perhaps you should consider trying another brand of disk, if you have changed lately?" It was in perfect English first time, it's a MALE trait that when someone called BunnyGirl is around all of a sudden everything else is just background noise gibberish.

Other than a dirty lens or dodgy disk type I'm not sure what could cause this.
