Hi folks. I have just bought a Vaio Laptop (fs115m) 10 days ago.
For my bad luck the one tip that keeps it close (the one of the 2 above the screen) broke.
Is there any place that I can buy this part? Or do I have to send it to Sony?
I need this laptop for my work and I dont want to be without it.
Besides I live in Greece in Rhodes Island and I think that the costs for the trasport of the laptop will go very high...
This is the Phone from Vaio Computer Support , maybe you can found some help about :
VAIO Link Contact List
Greece Phone Nr : 0080044121496 (0.1227 ¿ /min**)
Opening Hours :
Monday - Friday : 09:00 - 19:00 local time
Good Luck !!!
The short answer is that Sony don't sell parts. The only source that I found is in the States but I can't see your model listed.
Have a look here, maybe I have missed something.
That's the idea. I open a shop and sell VAIO Parts. But where can I get VAIO parts?

Absolute,
The other point is, is a key from your keyboard broken. You must pay for a new keyboard, my be 600¿ (I don't know).
But I sell you the broken key for 400¿. LOL
Thanks guys...
I'd love to open a VAIO parts store, but I'd never break even, as Sony would be ripping me on prices.
Does Anyone knows how to disassemple the Lcd of the above Laptop?
There are 4 screws that keep it together but besides that something keeps it tight.
Any manual or a parts catalogue would be great...:smileysad:
