So I'm back to clarify.

RAM = Ram of course.

System memory = The space where Android is kept and other stuff which the user can't modify.

Phone memory = Where downloaded app's are stored by default.

Internal storage = Where all your media is stored.

Does this mean I can only store a maximum of 2 GB of apps and games?

its better than 380 mb....

380 mb on their flagship 2011 arc....

2 gb is way much better...

But you can install games in the Arc's SD card.

yes an no, you still have to install part of the apps on the internal memory and the rest will go on the SD card so 320mb its horrible

like uliwooly said , all the game's data is stored on the sd card.. so all that will go to internal storage i guess... and thats suck.. because heavy games demand ateast 500mb of free space.. so you may can download only 5-6 heavy games with no songs nothing..

correct me if i'm wrong uli :smileygrin:

So how much "heavy" games do you think can be stored in Xperia U?
