T2 Ultra Dual: talking on 2G SIM while surfing on 3G SIM

I'm thinking of getting a dual SIM phone - one for calls on a 2G network, the other for surfing on 3G network.  But both have to be active at the same time - for example, checking email while talking on the phone.

Can the T2 Ultra Dual with 2 active SIMs do this job?

I think you need a dual SIM,dual active device.T Ultra is dual standby.
